Privacy policy

Last updated 26 August 2026

This policy is a working draft written by the team who built the site. Have a lawyer read it before you rely on it, particularly if you take personal data from outside India.

Who this is about

This policy covers the Mind Matrix Technologies website and the enquiry form on it. It does not cover software we build for clients — that runs under the client's own policy.

What we collect

From the enquiry form. Your name, company, email address, phone number and the message you send us. If you use the product enquiry form, also the category and the rough monthly code volume you choose.

Automatically. Standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser, and the pages you asked for. If analytics is switched on, aggregate page-view data with no name attached to it.

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. We do not sell data to anyone, ever.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation so a different person can pick it up if the first one is away. That is the whole reason.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so that we can find previous context if you come back to us. Server logs roll off much sooner.

Who else sees it

The people at Mind Matrix Technologies who need to reply to you. Our hosting provider handles the data in transit as part of serving the site. Nobody else.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email the address on the contact page and say which. We will do it and confirm when it is done.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted. Enquiries are rate limited and screened for automated submissions. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
